What is the DIGmethod?

DIG stands for Deep Inner Growth.

method (verb) is a process to accomplish something- systematic planning and action.

I teach you how to work WITH, and not against yourself through personalized individual sessions.

By understanding the default mode of our brain and body, we can work in harmony with these systems.  This also gives us the knowledge and power to program, as well as override the system when necessary – to get the results we want in our lives.

Simplify + Influence

The “DIGmethod” involves guiding you towards clarity through personalized and individual coaching sessions.

During our sessions, I simplify what seem to be complicated concepts, like human biology and neurochemistry. How we live and experience the world is largely controlled by our “Chemicals” (neurotransmitters + hormones).

You will receive clear objectives, acheiveable goals and the power to influence your “chemicals” by what you THINK, what you EAT, how you MOVE, and how you SLEEP- the 4 foundational Elements in the DIGmethod(ology).

Change begins with our thinking. When you have a thought, it creates a chemical response in the body. The mind and the body are truly one. We all know the feeling of just thinking about biting into a lemon, our mouths water just anticipating how sour it will be. This is a great example of the mind creating a response from the body.

Movement and physical activity are essential for maintaining and improving overall health. Incorporating regular exercise into your lifestyle can have a profound impact on both your physical + mental well-being. It’s important to find activities you enjoy to make it a sustainable part of your routine.

The food choices we make affect both mental + metabolic health. Most think of food choices in terms of weight loss or gain, but it is SO much more than that! What we consume creates a chemical response in the body that either builds or breaks us down.

Good sleep is essential to achieving optimal health + wellbeing. It is important for our mental, physical + emotional health. During sleep, the body repairs and regenerates tissues, muscles, and bones. It helps strengthen our immune system and lower our risk of heart disease- by regulating blood pressure and reducing inflammation. Sleep helps regulate hormones, which govern our energy, our stress level, our mood, and our ability to control our appetite.

Is the DIGmethod for you?

While everyone can benefit from this work, I have chosen to focus on (but not limited to!) women in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s, as I can relate best with this demographic. I know how empowering this information is, and women tend to be the influencers of their families mental + metabolic wellbeing. By understanding and learning to master yourself- you are in a better place to be an example to those who know and love you.
